Do you lend the money yourselves?

Government-backed SME Working Capital Loans go up to S$500,000, equipment and property financing are sized to the asset, and invoice financing scales with your unpaid invoices. Most bank facilities require a company registered and operating in Singapore, at least 30% local (Singaporean/PR) shareholding, and a track record of revenue. Startups may qualify under the Enterprise Financing Scheme's startup track. What interest rate will I pay?

Interest rates are set solely by the lender, based on the facility type, your business profile, security offered and prevailing market conditions — so we don't quote a fixed rate up front. Secured facilities (property, equipment) are usually cheaper than unsecured loans. We source and compare live offers across our panel to find you a competitive rate, and you decide with no obligation.

How long does approval take?

For a complete application, many working-capital and unsecured facilities are assessed within a few business days, while property and trade facilities take longer. The biggest delay is usually incomplete documents — so we tell you exactly what each lender needs before you submit.

What documents do I need to apply?

Typically your ACRA business profile, the last 6–12 months of bank statements, latest financial statements or management accounts, and directors' NRIC and personal details. Some facilities need invoices, quotations or property valuations. We'll give you a tailored checklist so your application is complete the first time.
